Week 5 - Exercises

We all have those exercises that we like and those that we do not. If you've worked with me, you know that I am not a big fan of 100s of push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees, particularly because most people cannot do those when they are just starting out. What works for some does not work for all!


So, we try to figure out what works for us and what we enjoy and do not enjoy. Most exercises can be adapted in order for most anyone to do them - yes, even burpees can be modified.


Attached you will find a list of common exercises that I have had people do during their workouts before (as well as a link to a demo of the exercise). Take a bit to evaluate what exercises you like and do not enjoy so we can discuss them tonight during the meeting.
