In Week 1, we will focus on Goal Setting. The link below will take you to the Week 1 Goal Setting Worksheet. We will utilize this worksheet a few times during the 'Jump Start Program.



In order to assist you with the Week 1 - Goal Setting objectives, check out the other Week 1 articles to help you creating SMART goals and determining some Self-Care rewards.


During our first meeting we will go over these goals and rewards! The in-person meeting will be Sunday, September 12th at 6:00pm at my house in Spanaway. The Facebook Live session will be Sunday, September 12th at 8:00pm on the Fit & Fabulous - Fitness Page. Please contact me for more information.
