Whole Precooked Costco Chicken pulled apart
Package of instant potatoes
Package of Instant Pasta/Rice (I use Knorr pasta sides)
Package Veggie Spiral Noddles (or whatever small pasta you want)
Package of California Mix Frozen Vegetables (Large)
8oz package of Mexican Shredded Cheese
You will also need milk, butter and your normal food seasonings
Create Instant Potatoes, Pasta/Rice sides per the package (set aside)
Boil veggie noddles & set aside
In a large ziplock back, put 3/4 of frozen vegetables with seasoning, 2 cups of cheese, 1/3 of chicken meat, season per your norm. I also put in some parmesan cheese. Put in a large baking pan and bake at 400" for 20 minutes. Put cheese over the top and bake for another 5 minutes (I like to broil it to get it crispy on top).
Warm the rest of frozen vegetables into a saucepan (can even use the mac and cheese pan from earlier). I add seasoning and butter to give flavor.
Now to put the meals together: Meal 1 - Mac and Cheese with Chicken Meal 2 - Shredded Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables Meal 3 - Shredded Chicken with Vegetables and Pasta/Rice side
Takes about 90 minutes and you've got meals for the week!
